Terms of Use
The rules for using Guided Voyager’s travel-planning content, tools, accounts, and links.

These Terms of Use govern your access to Guided Voyager (the “Site”), operated by Guided Voyager (“Guided Voyager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Section 1
What the Site provides
The Site offers editorial travel information, planning tools, saved-trip features, and links to third-party services. It does not sell or issue travel, act as a travel agent, make bookings, collect payment for travel, or operate the third-party services linked from the Site.
Travel information changes quickly. Read the Disclaimer before relying on Site content, and confirm material details directly with the relevant provider or official source.
Section 2
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You may not use the Site unlawfully; interfere with its security or operation; scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Site content; bypass access controls; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the Site to infringe others’ rights.
You are responsible for the information you add to a trip, share through a trip link, or otherwise submit. Do not add passport numbers, payment-card data, booking references, health information, or other sensitive information to the Site. Shared links should be treated as accessible to anyone you send them to.

Content, links, and intellectual property
Except for third-party material, the Site’s text, design, software, and original images are owned by or licensed to Guided Voyager and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Site personally and lawfully. No other rights are granted.
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their services, prices, availability, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by their operators, not us. Some links may earn us a commission; the relevant pages identify that relationship near the link or recommendation.

Disclaimers and limits
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUIDED VOYAGER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, TRAVEL DECISIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes, suspension, and contact
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, or others, or for a violation of these Terms. Questions or legal notices may be sent to legal@guidedvoyager.com.
These Terms are governed by the law that applies in the jurisdiction of the Site operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction over the claim, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
