A short Brazos River walk with the city’s historic bridge and an easy downtown reset. Use it near sunset or pair it with the Texas Ranger museum, not as a standalone day.

Baylor University and Bear Trail

A campus walk with Baylor's historic core, public art, and the bear habitat. It is a sensible first-day addition when you want Waco beyond the retail draw.

Waco Mammoth National Monument
